MLP Real Estate Securities, Inc. is a FINRA member firm dedicated to pairing real estate developers raising private equity with accredited investors and investor groups looking to diversify their portfolio. MLP focuses on building relationships with high net worth investors and successful regional and national real estate developers to provide investment opportunities ranging from land entitlement, to vertical property development, to acquisition of income producing properties.

Our relationships with the top owners/developers across the United States provide a various mix of risk/return options for our investors in the form of private placements. Our investors have multiple options when working with MLP, from preferred returns, to profit participation, to monthly income. In addition, MLP has in house due diligence and legal counsel, coupled with a vast associate network of professionals in fields complimentary to investment to ensure our clients are able to make the most informed investment decisions.

Our President, Mark Panattoni has assembled a highly skilled team of professionals dedicated to matching the right investor with the right investment. Mr. Panattoni prior to establishing MLP Real Estate Securities was President of Panattoni Securities, Inc. a FINRA broker-dealer serving one of the nations largest privately owned development companies.
